CKCP Store Order Mail is an order-notification and account-recovery email service operated by 广东创客车品科技有限公司 (CKCP) for its WooCommerce store.
What this service does
After the store owner authorizes the sending mailbox, this service delivers new-order notices to CKCP and sends order-status and refund notices to the billing email address saved on the corresponding customer order. It also delivers native WordPress and WooCommerce account-recovery and password-reset messages for staff and customers to the email address registered on the account, following a recovery request or an authorized administrator action. The account holder uses the native reset process to choose a new password. It uses the Gmail API through FluentSMTP.
Who connects a mailbox
Mailbox connection is restricted to the designated CKCP store owner in the signed-in administration area. Customers do not grant Gmail mailbox access to receive these messages. The store’s customer Google sign-in is a separate integration.
Permission requested
The service requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send and an offline authorization so the store can send approved order and account-recovery notices without repeated sign-in. It does not request permission to read Gmail messages, manage contacts, or access Google Drive.
